Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator , you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality fulfillment operations for PERGOLUX customers across North America. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily outbound flows, including printing pick slips, finalizing WMS logic, and assigning pick teams.
• Oversee palletizing, strapping, outbound QC, and conduct final truck-loading quality checks.
• Print and apply shipping labels, schedule 3PL pickups, and ensure secure, on-time shipments.
• Enter tracking information in Shopify, manage automated shipping communications, and monitor fulfillment accuracy.
• Conduct QC on returns, process rebox / repair items, restock inventory, and support improvements to the returns workflow.
