Contract Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Contract) to support a Global Talent Acquisition technology and HRIS initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Support system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization efforts for the new HRIS implementation

Manage picklists, role-based permission structures, and communication templates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in the system

Required Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM platforms

Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems and their integration workflows

Experience supporting system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization phases of HRIS implementations

Ability to produce clear and comprehensive process documentation

Located in or near Redmond, WA, for occasional in-person collaboration
