We are looking for an Experienced HVAC TECHNICIAN / Manager to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities :

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Install Chillers, Bollers, and Refrigeration units
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagram
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Estimation residential projects
• Determine property maintenance agreements.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to work on your own or with a team
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be tech literate (iPhone, ipad, laptop as needed)
• Must know how to read plans (wet, dry, controls)
• Must be prompt and dependable
• Must have OSHA 10 at time of hire, OSHA 30 at 30 days
