The Part-Time Continuing Education Instructor teaches and works with Recreation and Leisure and / or Continuing Workforce development courses in the areas of language, business, accounting applications, Computing, IT and others.

What you will be doing

• Prepares and distributes course outline / syllabi to students
• Teaches lecture and laboratory sections
• Maintains accurate attendance records
• Develops teaching and learning strategies that optimize student performance
• Develops curriculum
• Participates in textbook and technology committees
• Complies with department and College policies and procedures
• Works closely with Chairperson or designee to provide substitute instruction as needed
• Assists with other services and activities such as : recruitment, retention and other functions as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
