Job description

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking an IT Technician to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and expertise in U.S. airport systems and technologies to support operations.
  • Experience with supporting AeroCloud’s Common Use Passenger Processing system (CUPPs).
  • Experience with supporting other AeroCloud products is also desired.

JOB DUTIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING :

  • Supporting Common Use Passenger Processing system (CUPPs) :

    • Daily system readiness checks

  • Workstation Imaging
  • Workstation Patching
  • Troubleshooting / replacing hardware components / peripherals
  • Troubleshooting configuration details
  • Responding to calls for service related to CUPPs
  • Coordinating with CUPPs support vendor to correct issues or implement changes
  • Coordinating with IT staff
  • Logging work orders / support tickets
  • Interface with airline partners for training or troubleshooting
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to CUPPs
  • Supporting digital signage platforms

    • Daily system readiness checks

  • Workstation Patching
  • Troubleshooting / replacing hardware components
  • Troubleshooting configuration details
  • Responding to calls for service related to FIDS / BIDS / GIDS / Advertising
  • Coordinating with CUPPs support vendor to correct issues or implement changes
  • Coordinating with IT staff
  • Logging work orders / support tickets
  • Interface with airline partners for training or troubleshooting
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to signage systems
  • IT Project Support

    • Coordinating with airport IT to provide assistance with airport technology

  • Project work as needed
  • Hardware deployment, testing, configurations, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation
