Wealth Management Solutions, Alternative Investment Fund Controller - Associate

As an Alternative Investment Fund Controller within JP Morgan Wealth Management Solutions Group, you will oversee, including but not limited to, the accounting, reporting, and financial statements for alternative investment products across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities :

• Review quarterly or monthly NAVs, capital allocations, carried interest calculations, and management fee calculations.
• Review capital calls and distributions calculations and notices.
• Review financial statements and address inquiries from auditors and / or third-party fund administrators during annual audits.
• Assist with regulatory and financial compliance for internal and external reporting.
• Prepare fund expense budgets for new and ongoing funds.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as tax, investor relations, and middle office.
• Assist in addressing investor, internal, and external queries.
• Automate and document processes as needed.
• Build strong relationships with team members, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.

Salary Range : Brooklyn, NY $150,000.00 - $285,000.00 per year
