HVAC Technician

Overview

We are interviewing for an HVAC Technician in the Midland, Texas area. The HVAC Technician is responsible for the inspection and repair of building and facility mechanical systems and related services. The role emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, productivity, and fiscal responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of contractual requirements and creation of schedules.
• Utilizes Tsheets timekeeping daily, logging in and out for lunch.
• Handle a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.
• Maintain, repair and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition including HVAC systems, water treatment systems, emergency generator systems and various other mechanical systems.
• Order replacement items through purchasing and work with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
• Submit receipts weekly to the corporate office for processing.
• Perform additional duties as required within the scope of contractual responsibilities.
• Issue reports and summaries as required.
• Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Resolve clients\' concerns, conduct follow-up calls, and perform onsite inspections for satisfactory job performance.
• Create estimates as needed. Familiar with RS Means.
