Role Summary :

Unify is evolving our technology practices to lead with AI. This role is designed for a bold, consultative leader ready to architect and deliver transformative solutions across industries. You’ll shape and scale a high-performing practice that blends enterprise architecture, modern engineering, and AI implementation. You’ll be at the forefront of that evolution—building, leading, and delivering with purpose.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the practice : Set direction and oversee the solutioning, delivery, and growth of AI-forward technology solutions.
• Architect and deliver : Design and implement scalable software and platform solutions, with AI integrated at the core.
• Be the expert : Bring deep experience in building or deploying AI-driven solutions—from initial assessment through production delivery.
• Grow talent : Mentor technical consultants, build community, and raise the bar on engineering excellence.
• Influence and partner : Engage across product, design, data, and engineering to deliver modern, business-aligned tech stacks.
• Advise and inspire : Serve as a strategic partner to clients, navigating complexity with clarity and building trust through delivery.

What You Bring :

$236,000 - $284,000 a year Base salary + bonus plan
