Lenx Investment Team | Associate

Lenx is Lennar's dedicated strategic investing arm that drives innovation across the company's platform. The Associate will be a key member of the Investment team, responsible for market mapping and sector coverage in areas that overlap our core businesses. The Senior Associate will also help underwrite and execute deals as part of a growing strategy and be responsible for asset management.

Your responsibilities on the team include :

• Create market maps and landscape analyses identifying key companies, competitive dynamics and emerging trends in sectors across our areas of interest.
• Analyze, diligence and execute a broad range of new investments and partnerships.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses across industries + capital structures as part of this investment process.
• Regularly monitor and interact with portfolio companies to understand financial position / results and analyze financial / strategic outlooks as part of an in-depth asset management process.
• Prepare investment committee materials, asset management memorandums and other internal reports / presentations on an ongoing basis.
• Review and synthesize company-generated reports (board decks, investor updates etc.), third-party information and other indicators related to our existing portfolio companies.
• Monitor, analyze and report on macroeconomic, VC and industry-specific data and news.
• Prepare miscellaneous ad-hoc analyses and support a lean senior team.

Requirements include :

Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements : This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
