Job description
Supervise and manage field operations with subcontractors for small road, street, concrete, and heavy-civil projects. Scheduling of activities, submittals, inspections, grades verification, layouts, safety compliance, quality control, RFIs and estimating.
Willing to travel within the Colorado Springs, Denver Metro Area, and Colorado Mountains Area.
We are searching for a Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in concrete construction, earthwork, asphalt pavement, and but not required experience with utilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager in either Highway, Road, or Heavy Civil Construction.
- Minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
- Be a good communicator and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Educational Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
