Responsibilities :

• Function as a circulating nurse in a fast-paced OR setting
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and scrub techs to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Ensure sterile field and equipment readiness prior to and during procedures
• Document nursing care accurately and timely in compliance with facility protocols
• Advocate for patient needs throughout the surgical experience
• Maintain and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Support pre-operative and post-operative care as needed
