Responsibilities :

Function as a circulating nurse in a fast-paced OR setting

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and scrub techs to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

Ensure sterile field and equipment readiness prior to and during procedures

Document nursing care accurately and timely in compliance with facility protocols

Advocate for patient needs throughout the surgical experience

Maintain and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment

Support pre-operative and post-operative care as needed

Qualifications : Current RN license

OR Circulator experience

BLS and ACLS certifications (required)

Strong understanding of surgical procedures in neurosurgery, endovascular, IR, and pain management

Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Sign on bonus ($5,000 for full time and $2,500 for part time)

Semi-annual profit sharing bonuses (historically averaging $4,000 annually, this is discretionary bonus that can be subject to change)
