Start your day in a well-organized shop, inspecting a pump that arrived overnight. By mid-morning you’re mic’ing clearances, swapping seals, and documenting your findings. After lunch, you’re on the road to a customer site to evaluate a rotating asset that went down unexpectedly. You wrap up by restoring a safe, clean workspace and closing out your daily paperwork—ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
What you'll tackle
- Diagnose, inspect, service, and repair industrial pumps and other rotating machinery in our facility and at customer locations.
- Maintain a spotless, safe work area by following company procedures, rules, and safety regulations.
- Complete required documentation and service reports each day.
- Respond rapidly to emergency service calls when urgent needs arise.
- Contribute wherever needed—additional duties as assigned.
What you bring
Hands-on experience in an industrial setting or similar mechanical role.Professional communication skills with customers and teammates; able to take direction and work safely both independently and as part of a crew.Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical; capable of operating larger non-DOT vehicles.Forklift operation capability.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Skill using precision and standard measuring devices (rulers, tape measures, micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.).Schedule, travel, and physical demands
Travel for field service work and factory training as needed.Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime when required.Regularly lift 50 lbs and walk or stand for extended periods.Compensation & benefits
