HVAC Installer Pay (Full-Time / Hourly) : Actual pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test, and skill level.

HVAC Installer Responsibilities :

Builds positive relationships with customers and team

Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial or residential ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment

Completes required paperwork in a timely manner

Maintains organization of vehicle and company tools

Follows all GUNTHERS Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times

Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS Core Values and Mission

Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor

Residential HVAC Installer Qualifications :

1+ years in commercial HVAC installs preferred

EPA and RMGA certification preferred

High School Diploma, or GED

Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills

Must be able to pass a HVAC skills test

Experienced with pressure sensors, humidity sensors, rooftop units, make-up air units, differential pressure devices, variable frequency drives, and air handler units

Follows GUNTHERS dress and grooming policies. For the safety and respect of our customers, GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment No smoking.
