Perks & Benefits :

Compensation : $56,160 to $150,000 annually, base pay + bonuses

Total compensation is based on experience, certifications, and performance-based bonuses. Top performers typically earn toward the higher end of the range!!!

Your Role :

As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer at Gillette Heating and Air, you will take charge of installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes while overseeing and guiding a team to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, coordinating with customers and project managers, and ensuring all installations meet safety codes and company standards. You'll be responsible for managing job site workflow, training and mentoring install helpers, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician with strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
