Since its founding in 1996, our team has grown to over 150 team members with six locations. We operate in three states serving our six service lines - Infrastructure + Analytics, Site, Structures, Survey, Transportation, and Water Resources. We have office locations in Missouri St. Louis and Jefferson City, Illinois Collinsville and Effingham and Kentucky Louisville and Prestonsburg.

We are looking for a Bridge Engineer Project Manager to support our CDI mission in Building Stronger Communities . By leading projects and guiding the next generation of engineers, you will support our mission and developing a better tomorrow.

Be a part of the CDI Mission : The Structural Bridge Project Manager will be an integral part of our Structures / Bridge Group, leading team members who design various bridges and structures, and supporting our transportation and site development groups with their design needs. Key Responsibilities :

• Managing structural engineering projects by creating scope and budgets, directing the design, and coordinating work with other staff and design team members.
• Signing / sealing work as required.
• Analyzing and designing transportation-related structures including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and sign structure foundations.
• Serving as a key point of contact with clients, contractors, and local officials.
• Displaying an eagerness to work on a wide variety of project types.
• Assisting in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
• Working collaboratively with the CDI Service Leader, Project Engineers, and other team members to develop effective solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with CDI's safety procedures.

This role can be based out of the Collinsville, IL, Effingham, IL, St. Louis, MO, Jefferson City, MO, Louisville, KY or Prestonsburg, KY. The travel expected is up to 10%.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 / year. Compensation will vary based upon relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
