- 5+ years of strong underwriting or credit analyst experience
- Credit analyst experience from major banks or underwriting experience with mortgage background
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to read and assess individual and company financial statements, cash flow, industry, and competitive analysis and projections
- Proficient in Excel
