Business Analyst

As a Business Analysis, you will make an impact by leading strategic business analysis initiatives and driving solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of our Technology & Engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions. In this role, you will :

• Lead the analysis and design of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation of Pega solutions to meet business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on Annuities Claim Management to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop detailed business cases.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in Lutz, Florida. Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until December 05, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $150,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
