What To Expect :

As a Process Quality Engineer (QE) on a 6-month contract, you will be key in documenting and standardizing manufacturing processes, specifically for actuators, valves, and other electromechanical assemblies. Your work will help streamline operations and ensure clarity and consistency in manufacturing tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, create accurate work instructions, and identify areas for process improvement.What You'll Do :

• Create Work Instructions : Develop clear and detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on actuators, valves, and electromechanical assemblies, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to document both text and images.
• Understand Manufacturing Processes : Gain a thorough understanding of the processes involved and translate them into easily actionable, precise instructions that will guide production teams.
• Collaborate with Production Teams : Work closely with various production teams to ensure that work instructions reflect best practices and offer clear guidance on task execution.
• Drive Process Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and help implement changes that enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Be a Communication Bridge : Communicate effectively with all levels of production personnel to ensure instructions are clear and that any issues are addressed promptly.
