The Americano is North Scottsdale’s destination for elevated Italian-inspired steak and seafood. We’re not just serving dinner—we’re curating experiences. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and deliver exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead with presence on the floor, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
  • Uphold and model service standards, coaching staff to achieve consistency and excellence.
  • Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef on cost control, labor management, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee floor operations : staff deployment, reservations, pacing, and guest recovery.
  • Support POS system oversight, inventory control, and ordering accuracy.
  • Train, mentor, and provide feedback to FOH staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, upscale dining.
  • Strong guest interaction skills with proven ability to resolve issues with poise and professionalism.
  • Proficient with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and inventory / ordering systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor management and COGS control.
  • Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and supports the team with confidence.
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to creating genuine guest connections.
