What Youll Do :
Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care
Manage a team of nurses overseeing caregiving teams and day-to-day support
Supervise and coach nursing staff
Conduct resident assessments and guide care planning
Promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Ensure compliance with clinical regulations and best practices
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to urgent needs across assigned facility areas

What Youll Need :
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
Current Nebraska RN license or Compact RN license
37 years of nursing leadership experience required
5 years of experience in long-term care required
Strong critical thinking, sound independent judgment, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
A compassionate, resident-centered clinical approach
