This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced litigator ready to step into a streamlined high-efficiency role supported by a comprehensive team.

This firm stands apart with its process-driven culture top-tier legal support departments and a tight-knit virtual team. Youll handle a manageable caseload of approximately 50 files focusing entirely on litigation not paperwork. Paralegals legal assistants and admin teams handle all non-legal tasks.

Your Role Includes :

• Managing a full PI caseload from intake through trial
• Handling depositions including expert and lay witnesses
• Leading discovery motions and court appearances (primarily virtual)
• Negotiating settlements and participating in mediations
