Position Summary

As a team member of the CVS Healthspire Account Management team, the Account Manager will be responsible for assisting in overall management of clients participating in programs within the Care Management product portfolio. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day business relationships and operations with key internal stakeholders and client personnel to ensure accurate and effective delivery of client programs.

Understanding client expectations and goals is required to proactively recommend and promote programs to assist in meeting client business objectives. The position will facilitate delivery, interpretation and presentation of financial and client reports. The Account Manager will assist with onsite meeting preparation, own facilitation of client calls, and support all activities that directly influence retention of our client base.

Required Qualifications

2+ years Account Management within a healthcare or technology environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

Ability to be flexible and change direction as needed

Ability to motivate and drive team to successful, on-time results

Ability to manage complex groups and prioritize competing objectives

Facilitation and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to follow-up and follow through on tasks

Experience with Microsoft tools / office, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel and Salesforce

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
