Overview
Senior Engineering Manager - Supergroups Platform at Rippling. Lead a team of software engineers and drive vision, technical strategy, and delivery for DT and Supergroups, which are critical, interconnected services within the Rippling ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers with a focus on ownership and impact.
- Set up vision and technical strategy to drive impactful business outcomes.
- Ensure successful adoption of the platform by engineering teams building our next generation of products and cloud offerings.
- Establish and maintain engineering processes that enable rapid delivery.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
- Grow, educate, and retain a high-delivery agile team.
- Ensure the team ships products with high quality and velocity.
- Be hands-on in technical architecture and reviews; provide technical leadership and own technical decisions.
- Partner with engineers, product, design, and cross-functional leaders to shape, sequence, and lead the team’s engineering work.
- Maintain a holistic view across engineering and product to drive strategy.
- Collaborate as needed across product management and take on product-manager responsibilities when required.

Pay range for this role : 198,000 - 346,500 USD per year (US Tier 1) .
