Position Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist, you will :
- Develop machine learning, data mining, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to analyze complex datasets.
- Prototype, evaluate, and select algorithms using suitable performance metrics.
- Build models or design experiments to generate necessary data.
- Create reports and visualizations that provide actionable, data-driven insights for clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to automate manual data analysis processes.
- Implement prototype algorithms within production frameworks for seamless analyst integration.

Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or computer science) + 7 years of experience,OR Masters degree + 5 years of experience,OR Ph.D. + 2 years of experience.Required Skills :
Proficiency in programming with data analysis tools such as R, Python, SAS, or MATLAB .Experience designing experiments or models to simulate data when datasets are unavailable.Ability to develop feature vectors for machine learning algorithms and tune parameters for optimal performance.Expertise in evaluating and validating analytics using techniques like cross-validation, ROC curves, and confusion matrices.Experience guiding teams through analytic development processes and scaling solutions for large datasets.Ability to collaborate with software engineers and cloud developers to integrate production analytics.Skilled in developing and training machine learning systems to support mission automation.Compensation : $150,000 - $180,000
