Specializing in Healthcare / OSHPD / HCAI, Federal, Public Works, Education, and Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects, this company has earned a strong reputation for exceeding industry standards and delivering high-quality results. With a growing workforce of over 50 employees, they are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects with a focus on performance, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely project completion
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
Coordinate communication among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities
Monitor progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
Lead procurement efforts, including material purchasing and subcontractor negotiations
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to uphold quality control standards
Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Maintain accurate records, including RFIs, change orders, reports, and budget tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
JOC (Job Order Contracting) project experience is required
Strong understanding of construction processes and industry best practices
Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and team coordination skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical documents, and specifications
Proven problem-solving ability with the capacity to make strategic decisions
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards (OSHA certification preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines with attention to detail
