Job descriptionWe promote from within and offer real opportunities to move into Property Management, Regional, or Corporate leadership roles. $90,000 / year base salary Bonus opportunities bring total compensation to $120,000+ Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Regular team-building events and a fun, supportive environment Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels. Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end. Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property. Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover. Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments 3+ years of active sales 3+ years of marketing and social media experience Strong communication and copywriting skills A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
