Overview Premier Bay Area Real Estate and Property Management Company seeking an experienced and intuitive Community Manager for lease up on a multi-family housing development.
Responsibilities Community Manager is a working manager, handling all duties such as : leasing, review of work orders, resident retention, rent management and assisting staff with overflow of work.
Manage and maintain property standards and safety rules.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and preventative maintenance.
Manage and secure contract bids regarding property improvement and repair.
Walk all vacant rent ready apartments ensuring that work has been completed and unit is rent ready.
Manage rent collections and maintaining low delinquencies and bad debt collections.
Responsible for on-call service when necessary.
Showing and renting apartments when necessary.
Work in conjunction with District Manager / Corporate office regarding lease up and retention and marketing efforts.
Full-time opportunity with medical / dental and vision benefits plus on-site housing.
Required Skills Minimum 4 years of supervisory skills and management preferred
Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel and Outlook and Google
Hands on experience with AppFolio preferred
Social media awareness (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram)
