We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family as Automotive Parts Specialists. While experience in automotive parts is preferred, a background in automotive industry or a willingness to learn is sufficient. This role offers opportunities for career growth, whether you want to work day or night shifts or explore other career paths within the company.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers.
Assist other NAPA team members and answer customer questions using your parts knowledge.
Deliver outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
Inform customers about parts availability.

What You'll Need

Valid Driver's License.

Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn all things auto parts.

High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses are a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Great listening skills and empathy for customers.

Ability to work in an airport environment or shop setting.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership.

Experience with airport ground support equipment.

Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, and inventory management systems.

Customer-centric attitude.

ASE Certifications are a plus but not required.
