We are hiring a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and child-centered ABA therapy team in Colorado Springs, CO . Therapy sessions are center-based, in-home, or community-based-always conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours to preserve your evenings and weekends. You'll have the flexibility to apply your clinical style within a supportive structure that emphasizes individualized care , functional outcomes , and family involvement .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Mentor and guide new BCBAs.
• Maintain regular communication with families and ensure client goals are being met.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment for team members and clients.
• Ensure all services align with trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
