Job descriptionYou’ll play a key role in repositioning and improving the community. You’ll have the opportunity to lead onsite operations and make an impact. You’ll be supported by a leadership team that invests in your growth and development. You’ll gain valuable experience managing renovations, leasing strategies, and NOI growth. Overview
Are you a strong leader with a passion for resident satisfaction and property performance? We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at a value-add community, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring both resident satisfaction and financial success.
- Manage leasing, renewals, and collections with a focus on reducing delinquency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your onsite team to deliver excellent service.
- Partner with leadership on value-add initiatives including renovations, marketing, and resident retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.
