Job description2+ years of electrical experience with 3-phase power systems Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%), including international trips Valid driver’s license and U.S. Passport required Safety-focused and detail-oriented Associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Technology, or equivalent technical / military training Experience with power conversion systems, inverters, or frequency converters is a plus
About the Company
We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join a growing engineering and service team supporting advanced power conversion and frequency equipment across aerospace, defense, and marine applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to travel for onsite installation, startup, and service support.

This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing frequency and power conversion equipment in the field or shop.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair frequency and power conversion equipment in the field or shop
- Perform startups, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Provide training to customers on equipment operation and safety
- Coordinate travel, service parts, and project documentation
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Represent the organization professionally while delivering exceptional technical support
