Qualifications & Experience

📍 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial,

industrial, institutional, or multifamily energy markets.

📍 Proven experience with energy efficiency program development and

implementation.

📍 Strong leadership and people management background.

📍 Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to thrive in a fast-

paced environment.

📍 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data

analysis, visualization).

📍 Proficient with NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Tableau.

📍 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

📍 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science,

Business, or related field.
