Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in Virginia Beach, VA. This role will report to the SVP of Finance and collaborate closely with the CFO and Corporate Controller to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forward-looking planning.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for helping design and implement scalable planning and analysis processes, providing decision support to leadership, and supporting strong alignment between financial reporting, operational performance, and corporate strategy.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Work alongside the SVP of Finance to develop the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with department leaders to gather input, validate assumptions, and provide financial guidance.
