We are hiring a School Therapy Recruiter to help us find and place top-tier therapists, special educators, and support staff in K–12 schools. If you are organized, relationship-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting - we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, and place allied health professionals in schools
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build candidate pipelines through outreach, job boards, and referrals
• Match candidates to openings based on skills, location, and goals
• Communicate contract terms and compensation
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to understand hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records in our ATS
• Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process as needed.
• Occasionally support professionals during active placements
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with both candidates and hiring contacts.
