  • ? Credentialing : 60 days

Minimum Requirements

  • ? Board Certified / Board Eligible : BC / BE in ABEM
  • ? Certifications : ACLS, ATLS ( If ABEM, need current ACLS and 1X proof of ATLS )
  • ? Licensure : Active TX State Medical License.
