Responsibilities
- Increasing sales by developing and growing relationships with customers and clients.
- Thorough understanding of constructions industry, competitors and trends.
- Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives.
- Interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel to trade shows, job sites, and client meetings.
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Track clients, opportunities, orders, project budgets, and create vendor PO's.
- Prioritize and / or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction.
- Lunch and Learn Presentation to A&D and customers.
Preferred Background / Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction, construction management, or related technical field (preferred).3 – 5 years experience.Experience with BlueBeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat (i.e., editing / drawing review software).Competence in reading and understanding project drawings and specifications, ideally as they relate to General Contractor / Drywall / Millwork scope.Have a general understanding of construction project workflow.Experience working in the construction industry.Company Benefits
