Our team of design professionals includes architects, interior designers, engineers, planners, building performance experts, and educators who draw from evidence-based design. Our K-12 Education Studio works with schools across the country to create next generation learning environments to serve communities, improve educational experiences and outcomes for students and staff, and promote well-being and healthy schools.
Position Summary
As Senior Interior Designer, you will be part of our integrated design team and are responsible for collaborating on the design of projects from pre-design and programming through construction administration on projects ranging in size and complexity, with at least 75% being Education focused. This role often leads project design efforts, client interactions, and presentations. You will mentor younger staff and foster a work environment that emphasizes mutual respect, integration, learning, communication, and collaboration. Regional travel may be required as needed.

We offer a 401(k) plan, employee stock ownership, and bonus opportunities. Compensation is based on location, experience, and skills. The suggested pay range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 USD.
