Superintendent Interiors Healthcare Commercial Projects
The Superintendent will be responsible for :
- Managing daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Overseeing subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Collaborating with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions.
- Coordinating inspections and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Monitoring and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Tracking project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
- Fostering effective communication among all project team members and stakeholders.
