Superintendent Interiors Healthcare Commercial Projects

The Superintendent will be responsible for :

• Managing daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Overseeing subcontractors and construction teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborating with project managers to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Coordinating inspections and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
• Monitoring and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Tracking project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
• Fostering effective communication among all project team members and stakeholders.
