A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design solutions. Excellent visual and interaction design skills. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with design systems. Familiarity with accessibility guidelines. Experience leading and mentoring design teams.

Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Facilitate design sprints and workshops to generate innovative ideas.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop prototypes and wireframes to test and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage and guide junior designers.
