About the Role

As aSenior UX Manager on the Core Ecommerce team, you will lead a team to articulate the strategy and design for key parts of the Walmart.com and mobile app shopping experiences, focused on building and mentoring your team and workflow for high impact results. You will use your deep understanding of consumer app patterns and retail experiences to transform how our customers complete their shopping missions in our app and on our site. You'll be accountable for the craft and timely delivery of your teams work, and you'll own and present a strong design POV within your partner set to shape market-leading solutions via the product roadmap.

Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trendsin and out of retail.

An ability to communicate concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and levels of seniority.

A demonstrable understanding of ecommerce and deep experience building experiences that drive revenue.

A strong design aesthetic that brings together brand expressions and systems thinking. You practice universal design.

Deep experience with business requirement gathering, end-to-journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping.

Comfort with ambiguity along with an ability to motive teams and partners.

Ability to consume deep strategic data and insights to produce meaningful experiences for customers and members.

A demonstrable track record working cross-functionally with shipping successful products in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Preferred qualifications :

DegreeinHCI,Information Architecture,DigitalDesign,or similar and 7+ years of experience in product design.

Have afantastic portfolio of elegant design solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in UI / UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years' experience in UI / UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2 : 7 years' experience in UI / UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.
