Position Title : Lead Bartender (Park Bar)
Summary
As Lead Bartender, you lead by example, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and operational excellence. In addition to crafting classic and innovative cocktails, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with all company policies and state liquor regulations. Your leadership fosters a collaborative, high-performing bar team that consistently exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar setup and inventory management, ensuring all supplies are requisitioned and stocked efficiently.
- Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver outstanding guest experiences through warm, personalized service.
- Prepare and present beverages with precision, adhering to standard recipes and portion guidelines.
- Supervise POS operations, ensuring accurate cash and credit transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment that supports efficient service.
- Enforce compliance with all federal, state, and company alcohol service regulations.
- Verify guest identification and uphold responsible alcohol service practices.
- Monitor and optimize bar layout and bottle presentation to enhance service flow and beverage promotion.
- Coordinate restocking and replenishment of inventory throughout the shift.
- Cultivate relationships with regular guests and recognize returning patrons to build loyalty.
- Collaborate with management on scheduling, training, and performance feedback for bar staff.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork.
