Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in multiple states. Nurse Practitioners will be required to travel throughout the assigned region based on the needs of the business. The provider will complete an average of 30 assessments per week / 6 assessments per day. Extended stays away from home location will likely occur with a week break between assignments. Providers will be reimbursed for travel, mileage, hotel, and meals.

Position Summary

Qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in this position will have the opportunity to interact with members in a more intimate setting. Unlike a typical clinic visit, this role allows NPs to connect with patients on a more personal and effective level. Nurse Practitioners performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.
