Position Summary
Want to work with a creative team in a genuinely fun, supportive environment—and pick up real-world marketing experience along the way? We’re looking for a very junior, part-time Marketing Assistant to support the Kroc Center Marketing Team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s curious, eager to learn, and just getting started in marketing. You’ll help with basic marketing tasks, observe the creative process in action, and gain hands-on experience while in school or exploring a future in marketing. No extensive experience required—just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in marketing and communications.
Essential Functions
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for working alongside the Marketing & Partnerships Director in creating design solutions that have high visual impact. They will design brand-consistent print and digital collateral and will be responsible to produce social media content

Working Conditions
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift up to 10lbs. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinets drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone.
Minimum Qualifications
Current progress in Marketing College Program or equivalent experience preferred.
