Role Description :
We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing and collaborative practice. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or per diem work, we offer flexible scheduling and a supportive environment where your clinical expertise can truly make a difference.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated clinician who values patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions to maximize patient recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for home exercise and prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare providers.
- Deliver care to patients covered by Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, no-fault, worker’s compensation, and cash payment programs.
Qualifications :
Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy ( DPT or MPT ).Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required).Excellent communication and documentation skills.Experience with diverse payer sources preferred.New graduates welcome — training and mentorship provided.Key Competencies :
