A company is looking for a Client Quality Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze clients' quality data to recommend improvement strategies and manage project plans
Drive the client quality strategy across various business lines and serve as the primary contact for quality matters
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality initiatives and lead client meetings to review quality reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in managed care or Pharmacy Benefit Management in relevant roles
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Experience in client engagement, compliance, project management, or quality improvement
Strong systems aptitude and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
