They are seeking an Operations Manager with proven medical spa operations experience to oversee daily workflow, optimize systems, and lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across front desk, clinical, and back-office functions.
- Maintain and monitor scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and client satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
- Track KPIs and financial metrics such as revenue per provider, service mix, and cost of goods sold.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state medical regulations.
- Support patient communication, conflict resolution, and quality service initiatives.
Qualifications
3+ years of management or operations experience in a med spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice required.Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.Excellent proficiency with EMR / Practice Management software (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, Zenoti, or similar).Requires a high level of financial analysis expertise with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and data-driven reporting.Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance metrics.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Experience in client relations, staff training, and process improvement.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, skincare lines, and membership programs.Familiarity with marketing coordination and social media integration.Comfortable in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.Compensation & Benefits
