Responsibilities
Support the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and team leadership
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu items
Supervise, train, and motivate back-of-house team members
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control in alignment with operational goals
Collaborate on menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary innovation
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a leadership role within an upscale or high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of Latin and Mexican cuisine preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop kitchen teams
