The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Human Resources department is currently seeking a human resources information systems analyst at their headquarters location in Fairfield, Ohio.

Be Ready To :

  • support and maintain the Human Resource Management systems
  • serve as point person for troubleshooting system issues
  • analyze data flows and processes for improvement opportunities
  • innovate actionable solutions to current inefficiencies
  • assist Information Technology and Human Resources subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity
  • serve as liaison between HR and IT departments
  • configure systems
  • provide production support
  • test various system modifications
  • write complex reports in each of the applications in the HRMS suite

Be Equipped With :

  • HR Software implementation experience that required configuration, integration, module automation, and rigorous testing
  • prior experience with HRMS, such as PeopleSoft, Taleo or other highly configurable systems
  • experience in leading the automation of manual processes
  • excellent written communication skills
  • the ability to explain complex technical matters to non-technical associates
  • time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations
  • research skills
  • a proven track record in owning / leading project-related work
  • the ability to be self-directed

Bring education or experience from :

Bachelor's degree required or 3 years of HRIS related experience

Salary : The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.

Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
