Practice Director

A company is looking for a Practice Director to lead and manage a radiology practice in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the radiology practice and collaborate with physicians for strategic growth

Oversee scheduling, new hires, licensing, credentialing, and resolve scheduling issues

Manage quality programs, ensure billing compliance, and monitor practice metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; MHA or MBA is a plus

5+ years in management, healthcare administration, or radiology; private practice experience preferred

Radiology experience highly preferred

Experience managing physicians and physician relationships

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
